Looking for a job

Physician shortages abound, and increases in the number of new physicians entering the workforce remain modest. There are certain key questions that never change: When do healthcare professionals search for jobs? What sources do they use to generate leads? What factors are most important to healthcare professionals? However, the rapidly evolving recruitment landscape begs new questions: What social media do healthcare professionals utilize? Who do they connect with? Do healthcare professionals use mobile applications?

How do I log in to my profile/account?

You would click on the “my account” link located in the upper menu.

How do I change my email address?

Once you have logged into “my account” page, you would click on “account details” from the left-sided menu. Under “First Name” you would find your “Email address”. Just change your email address and click “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.

How do I change my password?

Once you have logged into “my account” page, you would click on “account details” from the left-sided menu. Under “Email address” you would find “Password change”. Type in your current password and then your new password. Don’t forget to confirm your new password. Click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.

Candidates:

How do I see the jobs I have applied to?

Once you have logged into “my account” page, you would click on “My Account” located on the right upper menu. You will find “Candidate Dashboard” there. You will be able to see all the jobs you have applied to and can modify your CV or add a new CV.

Employers:

How do I see the jobs I have posted?

Once you have logged into “my account” page, you would click on “My Account” located on the right upper menu. You will find “Job Dashboard“. On the Job Dashboard you will be able to see all the jobs you have posted. Once a candidate has applied a new column will be shown when viewing the job dashboard.

How do I see CV/Resumes from candidates?

Once you have logged into “my account” page, you would click on “My Account” located on the right upper menu. You will find “Job Dashboard“. On the Job Dashboard you will be able to see all the jobs you have posted. Under “Applications”, on the far right column, you will find the number of applications per job listing. Clicking the number (when there are applications) will reveal the application list. Once you have a list of candidates, you can review the application, download applicant’s CV, email candidates, edit and add private notes.
